I am currently exploring options for selling Rip Rap Brewing in Norfolk, VA, as I finish nursing school and transition to a new career. I prefer to sell as an operating business but would also consider offers for the sale of equipment. Currently located in 2500sf warehouse space with flexible & supportive landlord in the mixed-use area seeing rapid growth and redevelopment. Developing areas and adjacent properties could support future expansion. Willing to provide time and education to new owner during the transition and open to partial owner financing.
