We have loved every second of this adventure in our lives, and had every intention of continuing to grow our brand… unfortunately, my body is telling me that I need to slow down dramatically. So we have decided to give someone else the opportunity to take what we have started, and turn it into something amazing. We have a 3 vessel 5BBL steam fired brewhouse (mash, Kettle, whirlpool), Columbia boiler, grain mill with auger and grist case, HLT, CLT, 6 – 5BBL fermenters, 2 – 5BBL bright tanks, Cask Canning line, CIP cart, cooperage, and more . Computer control of step mash function, rakes, fermenters, and pumps. The entire brewery can be run by a single person, and was built with that intention. Full training on the use of all the equipment, as well as recipes for all of the beers our customers love are included. There is nothing but upside and potential here for the right person.
