Two 6-pack erectors operate on 3-phase power and compressed air. Folded 6-pack carriers are drawn from a magazine stack, erected, stood upright, and pushed out an out-feed chute.Each machine is able to produce about 16-20 carriers (4-5 cases) per minute. These have been used as a pair. Machine A (SN 7905691) is fitted with an additional control box with a 4-wire sensor, and a power cable to drive Machine B, and a 4-pine cable to control Machine B. It is also equipped and wired with an additional emergency stop button. Dimensions are 30"w x 84"h x 43"l, or 46"l with the added control box, or 63"l including the out-feed chute. Used case erector. This is designed to manually feed each box in and glue the bottom. You can run roughly 25 cartons a minute through it. This was used in a brewery primarily for erecting 12oz cartons. It can be changed to accommodate different size cartons. It is in working condition. It could use some maintenance however. I have a 4 head Maheen bottling line for sale, it's currently setup for 12oz heritage bottles but can me modified to run standard 12oz as well. It hasn't been used for 6 months but last time it was used it ran great.
