We have a great packaging opportunity we had planned on using for a high end product we were going to make but have cancelled the project. We are considering selling everything (26 pallets of glass, 106,000 bottles and the Meheen filler) for less than the glass costs and the filler for free. The filler is late 2019 model and has had very few fills on it. It is already on a specialty electronics skid ready to ship. The bottles are very high end and very high quality. They are a standard 26mm crown cap and are Champagne style with a full punt indentation in bottom. The filler and labeler were manufactured in 2017 by the Italian company GAI. Until last June, the filler and labeler was in use where it filled beer in 500 ml bottles. We are now doing only cans for our barrel aged beer so our bottling line is no longer needed. The machine has already been dismantled and can be inspected. Plug and play. Compete bottling line for sale. Includes the following equipment: GlassPak 66 Bottling machine: Purchased new in 2017 by us. Used for all our bottling needs until July 2024. In good shape. Has some custom components that allow automatic skipping of problem fill heads. Single unit includes 18 rinse heads, 18 fill heads, 6 capper head and rinser. Separate integrated blower for excess moisture removal. Adjustable for bottle size but restricted to 12 oz longnecks or shorter at this time.
