We are selling our complete bottle rinsing, loading and filling line, plus our remaining bottle inventory. This machine is set-up for 500mL bottles. Includes: Pack-Off Rotary table, In-Line Automatic Rinser and Feeder for Maheen Bottler, Maheen Merlin 6 Head (2012) Bottle Filler/Capper, approx. Also includes aporoximately $15k worth of packaging supplies; Bottles (approx 25k units), Boxes (approx 9,1k units) and inserts (approx 8.1k units) We run about 24 bottles per minute on this with only 2 people. One person loads bottles, bottle caps and just keeps an eye on the machines. The other person loads labels and packs the boxes. These machines have been well cared for and are in good working condition. We are the original owner of the Maheen (2012), but the second owner on the rinser/feed table. User manuals, training video and spare parts included. Also includes change-over parts for another size 500ml bottle (Systempack Bavaria 500ml)....

Two 6-pack erectors operate on 3-phase power and compressed air. Folded 6-pack carriers are drawn from a magazine stack, erected, stood upright, and pushed out an out-feed chute.Each machine is able to produce about 16-20 carriers (4-5 cases) per minute. These have been used as a pair. Machine A (SN 7905691) is fitted with an additional control box with a 4-wire sensor, and a power cable to drive Machine B, and a 4-pine cable to control Machine B. It is also equipped and wired with an additional emergency stop button. Dimensions are 30"w x 84"h x 43"l, or 46"l with the added control box, or 63"l including the out-feed chute. We have a 6 head Meheen bottling machine that was manufactured in 2007. We purchased it used in 2016 and used it for many years until we converted to a canning line. We haven't used it since Covid but did work well when we pulled it off the line. The machine is a workhorse. We have an operating procedure and can offer training (price depends on travel requirements) on how to use it to get low DOs (<100 ppb). We also have some amber 12 ounce bottles, caps and mother cartons. Reach out and we can send some images and point you to some videos from when it was in use. Buyer pays for shipping and crating.
