Like New 6 Head CBK PI-6-6 filler with all manuals / documentation, air & Co2 connections, bottle rinser / sanitizer pump and drying rack - basically a complete filling system. Currently set up to run 12oz heritage bottles at around 40 cs/hr. We’ve had this line for around 5 years, but only run it a total of a few hours to configure everything and to confirm it's still in working order. The piece of business we acquired it for fell through, and we never ended up using it for any other projects. All hoses, connections, electronics and valves are in great shape with almost no wear whatsoever. Great opportunity to get in on the bottling game for minimal investment. Or maybe you want it for the components? In any case, we need to move this out to make room for new equipment, so we're willing to listen to any reasonable...

We have a great packaging opportunity we had planned on using for a high end product we were going to make but have cancelled the project. We are considering selling everything (26 pallets of glass, 106,000 bottles and the Meheen filler) for less than the glass costs and the filler for free. The filler is late 2019 model and has had very few fills on it. It is already on a specialty electronics skid ready to ship. The bottles are very high end and very high quality. They are a standard 26mm crown cap and are Champagne style with a full punt indentation in bottom. We have a 6 head Meheen bottling machine that was manufactured in 2007. We purchased it used in 2016 and used it for many years until we converted to a canning line. We haven't used it since Covid but did work well when we pulled it off the line. The machine is a workhorse. We have an operating procedure and can offer training (price depends on travel requirements) on how to use it to get low DOs (<100 ppb). We also have some amber 12 ounce bottles, caps and mother cartons. Reach out and we can send some images and point you to some videos from when it was in use. Buyer pays for shipping and crating.
