If I'm completely honest, we've been holding onto this thing out of nestalgia. This little canning line quite literally saved us during the pandemic, but alas we have outgrown it. This is the Cask MCS Canning line. This little thing has been very very reliable. In 2020 when we were canning every drop of beer we made we ran it basically every day. Before we went full mobile canning we also used it to supplement when we absolutely had to get a tank empty. We are selling our 16/19.2oz 5 Head Cask canning line (also capable of running 12oz cans). We have had this line for nearly 10 years and it is being moved out to make way for a new rotary filler. The line is currently in operation and runs next to our 12oz line but can be changed between all three can sizes. We recently rebuilt the entire seamer assembly and the line continues to produce low DO numbers compared to industry standard. This listing includes and electric lift for depalletizing, a shaker table, a twister rinser, a 90 degree conveyor and the filler and seamer assembly. Please reach out for more information if needed. We are selling our currently operating Cask V5, 5 head filler to make room for a new rotator line. The current V5 runs all of our 12oz cans but is capable of doing 16 and 19.2 ounce cans as well. The twist rinser is only currently setup for 12oz. In addition to this filler and seamer the buyer will also receive an electric S15J Eoslift for manual depalletizing, a shaker table, and a twist rinse assembly, as well as a 90 degree conveyor. We recently (this summer) replaced the lift table and the chucks on the seamer. We have had great success with this line and it is currently in full operation at our brewery. Buyer would be responsible for rigging, crating and shipping. Available as early as October, 2024.

You can from a bride tank or a keg for this machine. It has been a great machine, but we just don't use it enough. We bought it for our second location for canning pilot batches and it worked great. We consolidated back to single production site so no longer need two separate canning machines. We bought it in 2021. It has rotary infeed table and mounted on American Canning rolling cart.
