We are selling our currently operating Cask V5, 5 head filler to make room for a new rotator line.  The current V5 runs all of our 12oz cans but is capable of doing 16 and 19.2 ounce cans as well.  The twist rinser is only currently setup for 12oz.  In addition to this filler and seamer the buyer will also receive an electric S15J Eoslift for manual depalletizing, a shaker table, and a twist rinse assembly, as well as a 90 degree conveyor. We recently (this summer) replaced the lift table and the chucks on the seamer. We have had great success with this line and it is currently in full operation at our brewery.  Buyer would be responsible for rigging, crating and shipping.  Available in February of 2025.

This ad is for a Used Wild Goose Canning Line, Series 0750. This line was purchased used from Only Child Brewing company in Aug of 2022, and regrettably we've been unable to find the time to call in WG to help us train on the unit. We are primarily a meadery that bottles with cork, and our focus has been on getting our bottling line up and fully trained for all staff. As a result, we are looking to part ways with this unit at this time. The Canning Line had 97k seams on it upon our purchase, . Please reach out with interest in this unit. This line has been a workhorse. We purchased it used in 2017 and have used it reliably since, running 30+cans per minute/300+cases per day 5 days per week. Regular maintenance and a few upgrades have kept it consistent, nice seams, good fill levels, DOs in the 30-60ppb range. Decommissioned November 2023. Depal and Labeler included. Many spare parts including backup PLC. Price is negotiable. Rigging included! We will help with shipping! I can also include a line that was used to fill 1-gallon water bottles. Wild Goose Evolution canning line for sale in great condition. Purchased in Feb 2020, this canning line has been well maintained and canned approximately 200,000 cans in its service life. Cans up to 40 cans per minutes and easily adjusts between various can sizes. We have operated this WG4 for 12oz and 16oz cans. Optional equipment includes inlet pressure and temperature gauges, post-rinse tunnel & air nozzles, manual feed whale tail tray, and blue lift infeed pallet jack. We have a Alpha BC35 Canning line that we are looking to sell. It comes with a manual can depalletizer that can handle full height can pallets and twist rinses for 12oz and 16oz standard cans (Genie lift for can pallets included). The filler/seamer runs at 35-40 cans per minute and has 4 pre-purge heads and 4 purge/fill heads with one seamer. This is set up for standard cans and comes with changeover parts for 12 and 16oz. It also includes a separate rinse off/blow off conveyor for cleaning cans post fill. The machine has a little over 1.3 million cans on it. It was operational when the brewery it came out of closed about 6 months ago. This canning line can be upgraded by Alpha with 4 additional fill heads and a second seamer to run at 70-80 cpm (that's the canning line that we have at our brewery).

Item is a used Wild Goose WGC-250 canning line for sale. This WGC-250 is in great shape and features a four can CO2 pre-purge station, four fill heads, an automated lid dropper, and a seaming station that is capable of running at 40 CPM (12oz). This line was built in 2015 but has had consistent service and upgrades over the last several years. It has been used for 12oz, 16oz, and 19.2 oz packages of beer. Included are some change parts and maintenance parts along with operators manuals. Also included is a stainless steel “whale tail” for empty can accumulation and a twist lowerator. In addition, there is a Domino 150I can coder and a large section of powered accumulation conveyor for pack off. This line was used for beer and was removed from service this month.  It is ready to ship. We can add a pressure sensitive labeler at additional cost....
