Selling our canning machine and labeler because we don't really use it as much as we should. We can at the most 60 cases a month. We bought these two used less than a year ago, replaced four seals with new ones on the canner and put it to work. Love this canning machine because unlike the wild goose that our mobile canner uses, this one you don't loose any product. As soon as you start seeing cold product flow into the can (no foam), you're all set. This Yampa is fully loaded with both pre rinse and post rinse tunnels, co2 filling before filling and co2 blanket before lid drop, we usually run at 17 cpm on 16oz cans, it is adjustable for 12 and 16 oz.
