We are selling our 16/19.2oz 5 Head Cask canning line (also capable of running 12oz cans). We have had this line for nearly 10 years and it is being moved out to make way for a new rotary filler. The line is currently in operation and runs next to our 12oz line but can be changed between all three can sizes. We recently rebuilt the entire seamer assembly and the line continues to produce low DO numbers compared to industry standard. This listing includes and electric lift for depalletizing, a shaker table, a twister rinser, a 90 degree conveyor and the filler and seamer assembly. Please reach out for more information if needed. We are currently using this line but it could be available as early as October of 2024. Buyer responsible for rigging, crating and transportation.

We are selling our currently operating Cask V5, 5 head filler to make room for a new rotator line. The current V5 runs all of our 12oz cans but is capable of doing 16 and 19.2 ounce cans as well. The twist rinser is only currently setup for 12oz. In addition to this filler and seamer the buyer will also receive an electric S15J Eoslift for manual depalletizing, a shaker table, and a twist rinse assembly, as well as a 90 degree conveyor. We recently (this summer) replaced the lift table and the chucks on the seamer. We have had great success with this line and it is currently in full operation at our brewery. Buyer would be responsible for rigging, crating and shipping. Available as early as October, 2024.

Recently upgraded to a rotary canning line so we're selling our trusty Cask X2. This thing has been a monster for us and took us all the way to a regional brewery / 17k bbl per year. We typically saw 65-70 cpm running 12 oz cans, 1,000 case days were our standard canning runs, and the machine was decommissioned in ready-to-use condition. Includes a Cask 12 oz twist rinse and roughly $5,000 in spare parts.

Up for sale is a Twin Monkeys Yampa canning line, built in 2017. We are the second owners of this machine and it's served us well over the last couple of years, however we recently purchased new equipment to keep up with demand. Since purchasing, we have added a new lid dropper with under-lid gassing, rebuilt most of the pneumatic cylinders, replaced bearings/gaskets, and kept up with general maintenance. When we purchased the machine we also paid for the lifetime support through Twin Monkeys, which is transferrable to the new owners. Comes with the original owners manual, and a box of spare parts. Can also come with a stainless table on casters that is the perfect size for this tabletop style machine. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
