Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over.  They can pressure test and verify that it's operational.  It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added.  Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour. This has been a workhorse for us for the past few years. We upgraded to a 90-ton unit as we expand our cellar. It’s in great shape, and has worked in tandem with a 40hp pro chiller in order to get us to the 20,000 bbl mark. The unit has two 20hp compressors and a detached condenser. 3ph, 230v. Some notes - you will need to source a remote condenser. Copper thieves ripped the copper out of this one as we were storing it. It also does not come with the pumps, as they are mounted to the frame where the new chiller was mounted. You'll need one 7.5HP pump and one 5HP pump. We have a walk in for sale that was in a brewery that we purchased the assets of and don't need the cooler. It's internal dimensions are 25'l x 15'w x 10'h and appears to be in great shape. Comes with all refrigeration and we will have it professionally decommissioned. Cooler currently sits on a 4" curb so if a curb won't be used it will need 4" trimmed off the pallet sized door.
