We have a walk in for sale that was in a brewery that we purchased the assets of and don't need the cooler. It's internal dimensions are 25'l x 15'w x 10'h and appears to be in great shape. Comes with all refrigeration and we will have it professionally decommissioned. Cooler currently sits on a 4" curb so if a curb won't be used it will need 4" trimmed off the pallet sized door.

3HP Inline Chiller, 220vA/C style, titanium evaporators, frame size 29"x29"x44", fused disconnect 30 amps, Nema 4x Ranco electronic controller.  Amp draw is 14@230v will work @240v single phase. We used this to cool 500 gallons of water from a tank using off the shelf hoses to circulate and cool the water.  Had absolutely no problem keeping water at 45 degrees F or any temperature setting we threw at it depending on the use.  By far the most reliable cooling system we have used, in fact so reliable that is why this one is being sold.  We can cool both tanks now using just one unit, we originally ran 2 units this is now excess.  New the cost is $4000, will sell for $2000 FOB Ellensburg, WA 98926.

Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over.  They can pressure test and verify that it's operational.  It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added.  Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour.
