Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over.  They can pressure test and verify that it's operational.  It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added.  Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour. Everything runs and has been well maintained, it's just too small for us now so we replaced it with a larger unit.  Prochiller says the same buildout new runs over $78,000.  Price reduced to 35,000 or best offer on this unit.  Unit is 91" wide, 214" long and 88" high. 3 hp Pro Refrigeration glycol chiller, with circulation pump. Great solid and dependable unit.  Pump motor and compressor replaced in the last two years.  This unit had enough capacity to handle ~80 bbls of FV and 30 bbls of brite tanks with no problems at all.    208 V 3ph power.

This has been a workhorse for us for the past few years. We upgraded to a 90-ton unit as we expand our cellar. It’s in great shape, and has worked in tandem with a 40hp pro chiller in order to get us to the 20,000 bbl mark. The unit has two 20hp compressors and a detached condenser. 3ph, 230v. It does not come with the pumps, as they are mounted to the frame where the new chiller will be mounted. It can be installed side by side as we did, or you can install the compressor remotely. I made this custom chiller setup starting with our original 3/4 HP chiller bought in 2018 and had an aluminum tank made to hold two chillers in the same bath of glycol (approx. 40-gallon capacity). I added a new 3/4 HP chiller bought in 2020. Glycol is pumped out of the bottom on one side and is returned to the top on the other end. The chiller on the return side is set to a higher setpoint so it would only run both chillers under full load. It has 3/4" Armaflex insulation on the sides. The chiller sits on a 2" foam board, so the bottom is not insulated. I also have the original bodies for both chillers if you would rather have them separately. I ran 4x 7bbl, 1x 3bbl, and 3x 1bbl tanks with this and never had a problem chilling. Let me know if you have questions...
