We bought this glycol chiller as part of a complete brewhouse but already have a chiller. The chiller in this ad is about 8 years old and currently stored in a commercial warehouse. This has been a workhorse for us for the past few years. We upgraded to a 90-ton unit as we expand our cellar. It’s in great shape, and has worked in tandem with a 40hp pro chiller in order to get us to the 20,000 bbl mark. The unit has two 20hp compressors and a detached condenser. 3ph, 230v. Some notes - you will need to source a remote condenser. Copper thieves ripped the copper out of this one as we were storing it. It also does not come with the pumps, as they are mounted to the frame where the new chiller was mounted. You'll need one 7.5HP pump and one 5HP pump. 8ft x 16ft Walk-In Cooler – GREAT CONDITION!! made by "Commercial Cooling Inc." Made in City of Industry, CA. Clean, runs smooth and stays nice and cool. 220v, Single phase. Twin fan, Exterior Compressor, Temp Range from 35 degrees to 55ish. 4” thick insulated panels, tongue and groove assembly. A few small dents and some holes in just a few panels where lines were run through walls. Can be patched. Non-floor version. 3ft door. No Stickers. Includes external cooling equipment. We have a walk in for sale that was in a brewery that we purchased the assets of and don't need the cooler. It's internal dimensions are 25'l x 15'w x 10'h and appears to be in great shape. Comes with all refrigeration and we will have it professionally decommissioned. Cooler currently sits on a 4" curb so if a curb won't be used it will need 4" trimmed off the pallet sized door.
