Garage Brewing Co in Murrieta, established in 2013 is looking to expand and create new Partnerships with those looking to Contract Brew and Package Beer products. We operate a 30 BBL Brewhouse with 15-30 & 60 BBl Fermentation and Brights. We do not use enzymes in the brewing process. Instead, we utilize a Centrifuge for clarifying and carbonation with 95-99% throughput at Bright Tank with only 1-2%. We have a high-speed automated Keg Washer that washes with brush on the exterior and the inside with both caustic + acid + steam for sterilization. We can furnish you with our kegs or use yours.
