The Cadillac of brewery mills! This machine processes 5 tons of grain/hr. Feed rate is controlled by variable-speed feed roller. Kernels are then gently crushed by the first pair of smooth rollers, separating the husk. A second set of toothed rollers crushes the malt. The grist is then fed through shaking sieves that separate the husk, coarse grits and fine grits. Coarse grits are fed through a third set of toothed rollers. Three separate grist streams are produced: husk, fine grits and flour, and medium grits. All roller gaps are calibrated automatically on each start up, fully adjustable, and programmable for your recipes. If your brewery has been struggling by with a low-tech, under-sized mill, now is your chance to move up and take complete control of your grist sieve analysis. Two roller mill, does about 12lbs per min. We lightly used it for our pilot system but no longer need it. 65 lb hopper & sits on large stand. We also crafted a lid and leg extensions so you can slide a 55 gal drum under it. So really better than new :) This is link to Blichmann to see more detail on the mill itself.

Used Jimboney Malt Mill. Recently upgraded to a larger mill and auger. Used with a 7bbl brew system. Would work great with that size brew house or lower. Also would be great for homebrew shops. Belt was replaced about a year ago. Easy to adjust tightness and change how fine the grind is. An auger can be hooked up to it, but in the past we were milling into bins and dumping them into our mash tun. Plugs into a standard outlet.
