This is a wild machine – made in China, but it works and does a good job. We used it for the past 7 years, and it was a workhorse for us. We do have a user manual that is in English. Currently it is throwing a breaker on the rinse cycle, and we have narrowed it down to something in the pump. We cannot take more time to chase it down as we have already replaced it with a newer model. If you are a sharp sparky, this will be an easy repair. Comes with two pumps, heater, reservoirs. Has to hook up to hot water. We rigged it to sanitize the kegs as well. Cleans 1/6 bbls and ½ bbl Sankey topped kegs. Hooks up to air for purge, and CO2 for finish pressure. Does seem to leak pressure if the kegs are left sitting on top of...
