Ecklund-Harrison PM-4 Pasteurization Monitor for cans. Software included. We purchased a new tunnel pasteurizer last year and this PU monitor came along with it. We already had existing PU Monitors and SOPs in place so we never bothered to learn how to use this. It has been sitting in the lab collecting dust ever since.
