It is also oriented the reverse from what is pictured so the workflow is from right to left, HLT-->Mash Tun-->Boil Kettle.  See attached photos. Note that this isn't the model with a mash tun manway. This system was our only brewhouse for 4 years. It worked great for brewing in a space with an extremely small footprint. We have used it for that many years which means some of the components have been broken or worn out and replaced with Blichmann products, other aspects have been slightly altered to work with our brewing methods. The main difference is that the main pump is now Chugger brand, the plastic grips on the handles have all broken off, and the mechanism for separating the bottom kettles from the extensions...

There are 3 fermenting vessels with 1 Brite tank each at 5 BBL. I have a 10 BBL CLT with a 10 HP Chiller and a 0.75 kW 3 phase pump and automatic temperature controlling system. First off we have never had any issues with this system or working with STOUT tanks & kettles based in Portland Oregon. This system has been great we would love to keep it for continuous first time recipes but we are downsizing our operation. We are selling a complete brew system. It is modular so how it is placed in a building can be changed to suite rather than an all in one formation. We are not only selling here a brew kettle, hot liquor tank, mash tun but also the glycol Chiller system to completely temperature control everything - and more the Chiller has more capacity available. We are throwing in everything that completes this whole operation all the way down to hopback/Wort Grant, and plate heat exchanger.
