Anton Paar Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System for sale from 10 Barrel Brewing Co. in Bend, OR. We acquired this equipment in 2015, and it is in good working order. The only caveat being that the pH module had not been working when we took it offline in June of this year. This may be able to be repaired or replaced, but we just took manual pH measurements until our new equipment arrived. The system includes: DMA 5000M, Alcolyzer Beer ME w/ color option, Xsample w/ carousel, and the (non-functioning) pH module equipment. I can make myself available for assistance with getting set up and operating, and can provide SOPs if needed.

We are selling a working Cole Parmer SQ-2800 single beam UV/Vis spectrophotometer as is. We recently transitioned to a Thermofisher unit and no longer need this one. Asking $2000.00. will ship to the continental US. It is a solid unit and has served for a long time and will likely do the same for you. Will measure Color, IBU, Tristimulus Color, alpha and beta acids, Diacetyl, as well as DNA purity and Protien concentration for molecular work. This is a workhorse of a spectrophotometer. It is difficult to find one of these under $2500 used so please reach out if you are interested in purchasing a working Spec.
