I made this custom chiller setup starting with our original 3/4 HP chiller bought in 2018 and had an aluminum tank made to hold two chillers in the same bath of glycol (approx. 40-gallon capacity). I added a new 3/4 HP chiller bought in 2020. Glycol is pumped out of the bottom on one side and is returned to the top on the other end. The chiller on the return side is set to a higher setpoint so it would only run both chillers under full load. It has 3/4" Armaflex insulation on the sides. The chiller sits on a 2" foam board, so the bottom is not insulated. I also have the original bodies for both chillers if you would rather have them separately. I ran 4x 7bbl, 1x 3bbl, and 3x 1bbl tanks with this and never had a problem chilling. Let me know if you have questions...
