We are opening a Brewing & Fermentation Production Technology program of study in August 2022. Technical college education places a high focus on actual skill mastery so our graduates will have had plenty of experience brewing, fermenting, kegging/canning, storing, and cleaning and sanitizing. They’ll also have experience in sensory analysis and recipe development.
