Owned by a Brewer and an Engineer with over 30 years of industry experience and over 500 breweries built, KÖNIG is here to do what we do best, build innovative world-class brewing equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.

OUR FOUNDERS
Brad McQuhae and Balbir Sidhu’s journeys to create König began in the early 1990s. Brad founded and grew NSI into one of the most notable and successful brewing equipment brands until its sale in 2016. Balbir worked at Newlands as Senior Engineer and VP of Engineering and Manufacturing for over 25 years. After three years away from the Craft Brewing industry and recognizing a need for innovative, quality equipment, the yearning to make breweries took hold, and König was formed.
