Having a small-scale farms allows us to care for our hops a whole lot more than our industry peers.
The Bineyard Hops are:
Cultivated using environmentally-friendly agricultural practices
Harvested at the optimal time, a benefit of our crop/farmer ratio
Dried at low temperatures within hours of harvesting in our custom oast
Packaged Oxygen purged, Nitrogen flushed & vacuum-sealed onsite (never sent to a 3rd party)
Lab tested to ensure Alpha and Beta acid level as well as Total Oils and HSI
