It is in perfect operating condition and visually looks almost new other than one small ding (in pics, doesn’t affect the jackets). It is double walled, insulated, and glycol jacketed. We don’t use it as much as we should and are swapping it for a couple of smaller tanks. It has about a 120 bbl flood fill volume and is 16’8″d x 7’4″w x 8’2″h. Tank can be shipped uncrated on a flatbed. 30 psi working pressure and comes with racking arm, carb stone, dry hopping port, and other parts. Ships from Oklahoma City.

We have a walk in for sale that was in a brewery that we purchased the assets of and don't need the cooler. It's internal dimensions are 25'l x 15'w x 10'h and appears to be in great shape. Comes with all refrigeration and we will have it professionally decommissioned. Cooler currently sits on a 4" curb so if a curb won't be used it will need 4" trimmed off the pallet sized door.

15bbl Alpha Brewhouse for sale. Comes with a (in)direct fire kettle, steam capable mash tun (is jacketed but not hooked up to steam), mash tun mounted grist case, heat exchanger, platform with stairs, and 30 bbl electric HLT. It has Alpha's automation system on it with a PLC which in includes pneumatic valves. Mash tun has motorized rakes. The HLT has one heating element (out of 6) that will need to be replaced. We also have an Alpha mill and flex auger that could be included for an additional amount. The brewhouse is in good shape and has seen light use over it's life (probably less than 1000 bbl per year).

We have a Alpha BC35 Canning line that we are looking to sell. It comes with a manual can depalletizer that can handle full height can pallets and twist rinses for 12oz and 16oz standard cans (Genie lift for can pallets included). The filler/seamer runs at 35-40 cans per minute and has 4 pre-purge heads and 4 purge/fill heads with one seamer. This is set up for standard cans and comes with changeover parts for 12 and 16oz. It also includes a separate rinse off/blow off conveyor for cleaning cans post fill. The machine has a little over 1.3 million cans on it. It was operational when the brewery it came out of closed about 6 months ago. This canning line can be upgraded by Alpha with 4 additional fill heads and a second seamer to run at 70-80 cpm (that's the canning line that we have at our brewery).

For sale is a Packleader PL-501 wrap around labeler. Works great for bottles or cans. This labeler is in good used condition but will need the wrap around belt (the belt that pulls the can through the wrap station) replaced at some point in the future. This is a wear part and it functions perfectly fine with the current belt. In our experience this labeler can do at least 80 cans per minute.
